Banana Split Pizza

Instructions

Preheat oven to 220°C. Place the pizza base on an oven tray and cook for 5-8 minutes until golden and crisp.

Combine chocolate and cream in a small saucepan and melt over a gentle heat, stirring until smooth.

Using scissors cut each marshmallow into 3 pieces.

Allow pizza base to cool slightly and then spread over caramelised condensed milk. Arrange marshmallow slices over the base.

Slice banana and place in the centre of the pizza. Drizzle over chocolate sauce and serve at once.

¼ cup cream

12 pink and white marshmallows
