Smoked Salmon & Asparagus Pizza

Preheat oven to 220C.

Place the Pizza base onto a baking tray lined with baking paper or foil. Spread over the marscapone and sprinkle with combined mozzarella and parmesan. Cook for 8 minutes until the cheese is golden.

Meanwhile, blanch the asparagus for 1 minute and drain.

Remove the pizza from the oven and top with smoked salmon, asparagus and parsley. Garnish with capers if desired.

2 heaped tblsp Marscapone or cream cheese

1/4 cup mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

150g smoked salmon

1 bunch asparagus, trimmed

1 tblsp parsley, chopped

Capers to garnish (optional)
