Tortilla crisps with quacamole

Instructions

Heat oven to 180 C. Brush or spray both sides of tortillas lightly with olive oil. Cut tortillas into long, thick strips. Spread strips out on baking trays and sprinkle with paprika. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown and crisp. Serve with guacamole, to dip. To make the guacamole, place all ingredients in a bowl and mix to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

1 pack Bazaar White or Wholemeal Tortillas

Olive oil

Paprika


Guacamole:

2 ripe avocados, mashed

1 medium tomato, finely chopped with seeds removed

1/3 cup chopped fresh coriander

Juice of 2 limes

Salt and freshly ground black pepper
