Instructions

Preheat oven to 180C. Heat oil in a large frypan and cook the onion and garlic until soft and transparent. Add the mince and cook until browned.
Add the taco seasoning, tomato paste and beans and stir until combined.

Grease a pie dish (roughly the same size as the tortilla). Place one tortilla in the bottom of the dish , then layer evenly with ¼ mince mixture, cheese and a little taco sauce. Continue layering with the remaining ingredients.

Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown. Cut into wedges and top with fresh tomatoes and lettuce or try adding sour cream and avocado

1 Tbsp olive oil
1 onion, diced
1 garlic clove, crushed
500g beef mince 
½ cup Mexican chilli beans
2 Tbsp tomato paste 
3 Tbsp taco seasoning 
5 Tbsp taco sauce
1½ cups tasty cheese, grated
