Avocado Chicken Tortilla Wraps

Melt butter in a pan & blend in stock & garlic.

While stirring, add in tomato sauce & water and bring to the boil.

Reduce to simmer and add the chicken, flour, mixed herbs, oregano, pepper, vinegar and salt.

To make the avocado sauce, in a separate bowl mix the avocado with the sweet chilli sauce.

Prepare salad - cut all salad ingredeints into thin strips so they fit easily on the wrap.

Once the chicken is cooked, place chicken portion in the middle of the wrap with avocado sauce and salad and then wrap up the tortillas and serve.


4 Bazaar Tortilla Wraps

500g chicken breast strips.

2 tblsp butter

2 tblsp flour

2 chicken stock cubes, crushed

2 cloves of garlic, crushed

1 cup tomato sauce

1 1/2 cups of water

1/2 tsp mixed herbs

1/4 tsp oregano

1 tsp vinegar

1 tsp sugar
