Instructions
Heat oil in a large non-stick pan and cook the garlic & onion until the onion is soft and transparent. Add the chilli powder, oregano & cumin, stirring until fragrant. Add the mince and cook until browned. Add the taco seasoning and stir until combined. elt butter in a pan & blend in stock & garlic.
Add 1/2 cup of water, beans and tomatoes. Stir through and simmer for 30 minutes until thickened.
Warm tortillas in the microwave, fill with the chilli mixture and wrap. Serve with a salad and a dollop of sour cream if desired.
