Instructions

Brush each Roti with garlic and olive oil mixed together, top with Parmesan cheese and cut into wedges. Place on a lined tray and bake for 2-3 minutes until crisp and golden. Serve with salsa, pesto or your favourite dip.

1 packet Bazaar® Traditional Roti (or alternatively use Bazaar® Tortilla Wraps)
Olive Oil
Crushed Garlic
