	<item post="Dearest Jack,
Went to the Taj Mahal and shot loads of film. Our driver stopped at a little roadside stall for these gorgeous bread wraps called rotis and drank chai (that’s Indian tea). Very exotic. Off to Mumbai tomorrow.

well the conference is over and I’m left to myself for a couple of days. If you know where to go, the food is quite lovely too. I’ve been eating curries with rotis and cucumber dip and hot, spicy lime pickle. Lots more stories to tell!

	<item post="Dear Suze,
Wow... staying right in the centre of Manhattan. Cute hotel with a brasserie downstairs. Mornings start with lashings of coffee and the most amazing bagels! They serve them with everything – cream cheese, eggs, bacon. Very tasty. Got tickets to Broadway tonight!

	<item post="Suze,
More greetings from the Big Apple! Just so much going on. Met Michael for coffee yesterday at this tiny bagel shop. We sat and talked for most of the morning and I put away four bagels! Can you believe that? Be home before you know it...

We’re in Venice! Such a buzz! Treez thought the gondolas were very strange. At night, they moor up right outside the window and sing! Had some lovely meals too. I don’t think I can ever go back to Kiwi food. The garlic bread is just delicious,,,

We’ve done the Coliseum and a couple of museums. We’ve eaten out pretty much every night. Tried Grappa last night served up with cheese and some fresh tomato herb bread. Driving to Castellabate in the morning (Paul is a little nervous about driving)

<item post="Dear Grandpa,
Well you won’t believe where I’m sitting right in the middle of the Acropolis, Athens. It’s just like going back in time! We got up early and had a lovely breakfast of fresh pita bread – yummy! Tomorrow we’re catching a ferry out to the islands.
Love you xxx

<item post="Dearest Grandpa,
I’m writing this on the ferry as we make our way (slowly) to Santorini. The sun is shining and we’re tucking into pita pockets with taramasalata (a kind of pink fish paste). We should get there tonight and we’ve booked a room in a tiny guesthouse overlooking the harbour!
Big hugs! - Lucy

How are you? Italy is amazing! We’ve met some lovely families and have been asked back for a meal so many times. Usually coffee or wine and some really fresh (like still warm!) garlic bread. Very more-ish!
